What Information Do We Collect?
We only collect information that is related to your order. This includes your:

Shipping Address

We use third party Payment Processors (Stripe, PayPal and Square) we do not collect Credit Card Information. Please refer to their sites for their privacy Policies.
In addition we also collect information on your IP address, browser type, and Refer URL data. We use this data to prevent hacking attempts, help us know what web browsers people are using, and find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our marketing.
How Is My Information Used?
Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE.
Security and Storage:
Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data.
Cookies and Browser Information:
Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.

This site in its entirety, any logos or trademarks of (Dope Duchess) as well as designs, photography, artwork and written content, are protected under United States and International copyright and intellectual property laws and statutes, whether specifically stated or not. Any use of any of such content – other than personal — without the explicit written consent of House of Wolves, shall be considered a violation of rights and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Please be advised that such prosecution is not obligated to be preceded by a “cease and desist” letter or any other notice.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Dope Duchess Designs will gladly accept returns for an exchange or credit for any items purchased on www.DopeDuchessDesigns.com. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we can’t offer refunds of any kind. We are always happy to work with you before you order to make sure the right choice is made.
How to make a Return or Exchange:
1. You may Exchange any item if you are not satisfied with the size, color, or fit; Returns or Exchanges can be made for any item with a defect. If your item has a defect, we will happily pay return shipping for all domestic residents. Discounted items are considered final sale. Items that are purchased not at full retail value but purchased at a discount, final sale, or sample sale these items are considered Final Sale and are non refundable and no returns or exchanges are accepted.
2. Please contact us about any Returns or Exchanges within 7 days of receipt of your item.
Dope Duchess Designs will not be responsible for exchange shipping cost.
3. Returned and Exchanged items must be in new condition, unworn/unused, with the original tags attached.
4. Please contact us to request a Return Authorization via email at DopeDuchessDesigns@gmail.com All Returns and Exchanges must be approved beforehand. Once we have approved your return, we will send you further instructions. After your Return is processed, you will be issued a credit for the retail price of the item. Items shipped to us without a Return Authorization will be shipped back to you. Please note: Dope Duchess Designs cannot assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Dope Duchess Designs.
WHAT IF THE CUFF I ORDERED DOESN’T FIT?
If your cuff doesn’t fit, you are welcome to exchange it for another size, or you may return it for store credit. Because all of our products are made to order, we cannot offer refunds, but hopefully you can find something else to your liking. Please measure your circumference area prior to ordering, we do offer custom sizing and designs. Please feel free to reach out to DopeDuchessDesigns@gmail.com to start the custom design process.
HOW DO I SEND MY ITEM IN FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Please contact us about a Return or Exchange within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. Returned items must be in new condition, unworn, with the original tags attached. The customer assumes both the return shipping cost to Dope Duchess Designs and the replacement item shipping cost, unless the item is found to be defective, in which case we will gladly send you a pre-paid shipping label.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
This is very unlikely to happen, but we do occasionally cancel orders due to shortage of materials or suspicion of fraud. If we do cancel your order, we will contact you immediately with an explanation.
We stand by the design, quality and craftsmanship of our goods which is why we cover any defective items stemming from production error or material defect. Some examples include zippers, hardware, stitching, and fabric.
General wear and tear, damage from extreme use, or damage caused from using an item outside of its intended purpose. Similarly, disregard for the product care instructions.
Please note that every item is subject to review by our customer service team and some repairs may require a fee. All repairs require a receipt.

What does general wear mean?
General wear is the expected, organic decomposition of leather or fabric materials over a sustained period of regular usage.
What qualifies an item for repair or exchange?
Mending an existing item is most often our preferred course of action. However, on a case-by-case basis, our craftsmen may decide to replace your product if it is deemed beyond the scope of normal repair. Like all our customers, if your Dope Duchess Designs item is too treasured to part with and you do not want the item replaced, we will happily repair it to the best of our ability. Please note that if a substantial amount of labor is involved, some repairs may incur a charge. Moreover, if a defective item results in exchange, we are unable to return the original product.
How long do repairs take?
We will make every effort to expedite the mending process and return your item as efficiently as possible. However, repair time will be subject to work capacity and seasonal constraints.
